Telling tales of the New/Old Frontier through songs of lonesome roads, devil winds, alluring rivers, startling rock formations and the romance and mystery of decaying buildings and haunting graveyards...
Wild Frontier blends Americana ~ Alt Country ~ Folk and Rock 'n Roll. From the pure simplicity of two vintage acoustic guitars to the full blown dynamics of a 6 piece Band.
At first many of songs sound like gentle Lullabies ~ then listen to the words and find Cautionary Tales. Playful melodies mask dark mysteries revealing insightful forecasts within each song's borders. Christina and the members of Wild Frontier live near the red waters of the Rio Grande in New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment.
With influences from Gram Parsons, Emmy Lou Harris, Neil Young, George Jones and Miles Davis to the Spaghetti Westerns of Ennio Morricone, Wild Frontier covers sonic territory ranging from wide and far.
